Hourly Rate: $125.00 per/hr.-(4 hour Minimum)

Casino Trips: $35.00 per/person (20 person Minimum) $15 and Buffet Coupon from Casino (Extra cost for longer stay or bar hopping along with casino trip, Charged $50 per hour.)

**All added hours will be billed at $125 per/hr.  Fifteen minutes into the new hour will count as a whole hour.  These will be paid in advance, unless otherwise prearranged. Daily rate is $1500.00 (12+ hours).

Rules and Regulations:

  • We accept checks, cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), money orders.  Checks and Credit Cards with proper ID.

  • Deposits to hold date is:  $200.00 Non-Refundable and will be deposited/Charged - NOT HELD

  • Payment of full lease is to be paid to the driver upon arrival.  $35.00 Fee for returned checks or bad credit card processing.  (Fee will be paid in Cash or Money Order Only)

  • Starting and ending times must be enforced.  (Subject to driver/bus availability)

  • Courtesy is required, (harassment, fighting, violence, damage to equipment and/or bus, persons actions that could result in damages, etc..) at any time towards driver, staff or anyone else in or around the Party Bus, the driver reserves the right to terminate the trip and the client will be responsible to find other transportation and Forfeits Full Fare as a result.  Adult movies viewed ONLY with all Consent.  Alcoholic Beverages are not allowed outside of the bus during the trip.

  • By signing this contract, the above client agrees to assume full responsibility for any damages or items removed belonging to the company, by client and/or any members of their party.  All items will be charged at replacement cost, plus $25.00 per/hr. labor.  (This includes CD's and movies)

  • If a passenger should vomit in or on the Party Bus, there will be a minimum charge of $100.00 (payable to driver) for cleaning, sanitizing and deodorizing.  Additional charges may apply if damage is done as a result, or professional cleaning is needed.  Driver will pull over when safe to do so.

  • Tips: Gratuity for you driver HAS NOT been included in your fee.   A tip for showing your groups appreciation for being well served in a Professional/Courteous manner.  Normal tip is 15-20%.  Tip can be added on to credit Cards if needed.

  • Illegal substances are prohibited!!  The trip will be terminated Immediately with forfeiture of FULL FARE.  Law enforcement may become involved.

  • Under 21, Alcohol Consumption is NOT ALLOWED.  Client assumes the responsibility that NO ONE UNDER 21 consumes alcohol in or around the Party Bus.  This alone may also terminate trip and forfeit fare for un-compliance.  IT IS THE LAW.  Driver has the right to inspect ID's and containers of passengers boarding the Party Bus who appear under 30 years old.

  • Blue Diamond Limousines by law can't supply alcohol to/for clients.  A liquor license is required.  Guests must provide their own alcoholic beverages.

  • Blue Diamond Limousines is not responsible for injuries or accidents in and around the Party Bus.  Alcohol impairs motor skills, balance and judgment.  Clients are asked to remain seated while bus is in motion.  Move about at your own risk!  Please, use caution on steps.

  • Blue Diamond Limousines is NOT LIABLE in cases of unexpected vehicle breakdowns, accidents, severe weather or anything that may delay a timely arrival or cause a cancellation of the trip.  In the event of a cancellation due to mechanical or "No Travel Advisory", trip may be rescheduled for another date if possible.  Client will be notified as soon as possible to let them know of mechanical problems or adverse weather that may postpone trip times.  In the event of severe weather or road closures, all clients will be responsible for their own hotel rooms and meals.  Additional hours are not charged during this time.

  • Bar/Party Bus Agreement:  If a client or member of their group is kicked out of a bar, night club, or eating establishment; they will also be removed off the bus and will be responsible for their own transportation at that time.  Any money they paid for the service will be forfeited at that time.

I, have read the above contract conditions and agree to abide by them.  I accept full responsibility for all and any damages or thefts that occur during my rental for all members involved in my party.  I agree that any persons added during the trip, whom are NOT part of the original group, it will be at the discretion of the Contracted Person/Driver ONLY (not to exceed 32 passengers.  NO STANDEES!).  I have the right to inspect the Party Bus prior to my trip and report any noticed damage.  I have accepted the Party Bus in good faith and agree to the above listed price.  I agree to pay for all services rendered at the time of pick-up, and any additional hours at the trips end.  I will extend these rules to persons of my group or any added persons during the trip.
